  This is a warning for people who are planing on leasing from this office. I have rented an apartment from one their buildings almost two years ago, and I still didn't get my deposit. Like this is nothing, I'm not able reach anyone who is responsible for billing. Today I went to queens office and apparently they don't see people after 4:30 even though their closing time is at 5!! Then I was directed to another building to talk to someone about it. This person is called Vivian. I went in at 4:40 and apparently she left as well even though their closing time is at 7!! Then I asked to talk to the manager and guess what she left before 5 as well. I'm writing this in hopes to get this thing over but I'm warning all of you in that management if I don't get this over. I will sue you, I don't care how long it takes I will do what it takes !
