  I was at Macy's to pay a bill and they have renovated the store it is more bright and vibrant. Sort of an art deco design. What is not good about the store is there is only one place where you can pay a bill and do customer returns (See picture below). In the past you could go to any cashier and pay a bill. This make for a much longer wait on line.
