  I used this centre to process my biometrics for a UK visa. Even though my appointment was at 9am - I decided to line up before opening to be processed as a walk-in. The staff opened up the door ten minutes early to allow people to begin to fill out forms and take a seat. I was first in line and was promptly taken to be fingerprinted. Everyone was very nice, said hello and good morning. The fingerprinting staff member even helped me navigate to the closest cafe so I could get a coffee afterward. Took away one star because it’s located in a pretty grim interior mall type building and there’s really nothing around the area.
