  The support I get from some counselors (Debra, Millie, Elizabeth O) and some clients made all the difference . They made an impossible situation POSSIBLE ! I wasn't judged, it was a neutral safe zone to discuss my demons and find self worth, strength for my mind , body & spirit. I am over 4 months sober with a dual.diagnosis of bipolar. I am taking my meds, making meetings, being active participant It works if u work it.
