  I don't even know where to begin. First I must say I have been a loyal customer at footprints on Clarendon for years! I went to coney island with some family and I thought I'd try the footprints in coney island. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WE RELIEVED FROM OUR WAITER WAS TERRIBLE!!!! Her name is Marchelle and she had the worst attitude!! She wasn't polite and it took us over and hour to get our food. On top of that when I asked her the ETA for the food her response was very short and nasty. At this time my kids were irritated because we were starving. By the time we got our food the food wasn't even hot! It was warm! I reported her to the manager and he took her gratuity off of our check because she didn't deserve it at all! Maybe she thought she didn't have to work for her tip because we had a party of 6. The manager by the name of Kevin took my payment and charged my card twice in the process. I'm still fighting with my bank to get my money back. It's going on 5 days now. I'm just so fed up. PLEASE DON'T GO TO CONEY ISLAND FOOTPRINTS. If u must I prefer you just go to the Tiny location on Clarendon. At least you'll know your food will be hot, the customer service is great and you'll have a ball. Hope this helps.
