  I love this place!
  I love the fact that every class is a different work out always challenging different muscles in my body. I just started about a few weeks ago, I can't wait to see the results!

  great GREAT workouts - totally at my own pace every time - trainers Kristie and Tony keep 25 of us all on point for a full body 1 hour workout that is always fun and definitely results driven as promised. also, no two workouts are identical and my classmates and i are all seeing changes. i feel stronger, look leaner and find myself doing better with each new class. way better than belonging to a gym. everything from calisthenics to resistance training to cardio all in a one hour class with great music and a sick vibe that i haven't ever experienced in a workout space before. i love being a BEAST pack member!
