  If you want someone who can do your taxes correctly, please stay away from this place. Ave (tax lady) might be friendly to some, but wasn't to me. I am a NYC transplant, moved here mid-year from Texas, so I had my federal taxes filed in TX. Show them to Ave, and she claims they are done wrong. We call the office in Texas, the woman who did them gets on the phone, and attempts to walk Ave step-by-step on how to do taxes. Ave, even though she is typing the numbers into the calculator and coming up with the number that the woman has, is still swearing that they are wrong and refuses to speak anymore to the woman in Texas. Then, she begins to file my state/local. I tell her the dates that I've moved, turns out she types them into the computer wrong. Also files that I'm a resident of Yonkers and I live in Brooklyn. Also puts down that I've lived in NYC for 4 months not 5. I had to go across the street to H&R Block and Bob fixed my taxes..... FOR FREE. Basically, because Ave wasn't listening to me, she ALMOST cheated me out of $120 for state/local returns. AND if I believed her for my federal, she probably would've short changed me there too. Overall.... DO NOT GO HERE.
