  Two playgrounds, tennis court, hilly walking trails, a challenging jogging trail, and a pretty Hill top scenic overlook make Fort Greene Park a good afternoon destination. Before 9am, dogs can be off leash and it's fun to walk them frolic (and there are a lot of them). There is no dedicated dog run, and pet owners here are very good about training and picking up after their pets. Farmers market on Saturday mornings and several good restaurants nearby mean that weekends here are busy and great for people watching.
