  I've stayed in nearly 10 hostels over the past couple years, none came close to being as great as NY Loft
  
  The bedrooms were clean, my 4bed male suite had a private bathroom
  
  Breakfast was served in the mornings in a very cool open kitchen
  - toast, bagels, OJ, coffee, fruit, eggs, etc.
  
  In the evenings they served free food and had a live band in the basement bar.
  - burgers, dogs, beers
  
  Metro is close by, so getting to Manhattan takes only 20min or so.
  
  overall awesome experience
