  They didn't have any change and wouldn't accept my debit card when I tried to get my car out. It took them a long time to find my car and when they realized I only had a $20 and a $10, (for a $16 bill), they insisted that I pay $20 and not receive change. After much negotiation, I left the garage paying ten. Overall, they seem disorganized. Going in at night requires you to lift some weird heavy plastic door and communication is minimized. There is street parking available nearby. I would recommend just going with that.
