  The environment is nice but the older Caucasian lady has a very bad attitude and doesn't seem to want to sign people up with new library cards. I asked for another one because I lost mine. I had proof of address and a picture ID and she asked for my address and told her I just recently moved she told me she wouldn't help me but I went to a Manhattan library and they had no problem will assisting me.
