  Commute to Manhattan on the L Train is 40 minutes. The 3 train is also a 40 minute commute. The condo complex has well kept grounds. Units are different depending on when it was renovated. I love my place, quality wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and black/tan granite tops. The newer models have white wood cabinets and grayish granite in the kitchens, bathrooms are white subway tile. EVERY unit has a terrace. My building is diverse ie black, latin, chinese, white, straight, not straight residents. Really nice! Management is responsive. Buixlding is quiet. Dog friendly although the little/toy dogs run amuck. Convenient to shopping..Gateway Mall and Fairway in Georgetown Mall. Close to great restaurants one exit away in Howard Beach or in the other direction to Emmons Ave. Hoping people will think more like owners than renters ...it's getting there - that is the only downside. Need more participation in HOA meetings and Annual Meetings. Neighborhood is changing at a nice rate, nothing drastic. Heavy police presence in public housing across the street so no issues and its been almost 4 years. I'm a native Brooklynite so was skeptical about ENY. Love it so far and the price was right. Units are still affordable. Best investment I've made to date. The ongoing construction is for improvements ie so your terrace doesn't fall off the building, New washer/dryers in the laundry rooms, Repaved parking lots. 300 units were recently purchased by Pinnacle and sale prices have already gone up so that's great for owners looking for equity. Waiting for my new neighbors to move in. Hope they are nice people. Most of the people here are great.
