  if I can give no stars I would. what an unorganized business. They allow people to wait in their cars as a form of waiting on line. This method causes confusion with customers which can be dangerous. They have no regard for their customers and act as if they are doing you a favor by doing your child's hair. They need to remember we are paying customers.
