  I ordered a probiotic that required refrigeration...I expected that the packaging would be cold enough to guarantee the integrity of the product...I received a package that was left in my hot mail box with a supposed cooling packet that had melted...not only was the packet quite hot but so was the bottle of probiotics...I brought the package in called the number on my invoice ...I explained the purpose for my call after hearing what I had to say the man's response to me was, "why did I order this product in the summer"...
  I explained to him that his company provided no disclaimer saying that they could not ship these types of products in the summer , also if he knew he could not make good on the delivery then he should not have taken my money and refused my order...by accepting my money he was acknowledging that he would provide a product in good standing....he continued to make this my fault repeating I should've known better than to order a probiotic that requires cool temperatures for delivery in the summer....
  This is not in my mind a good way to handle a consumer who would've gladly provided them with repeated business...Buyer Beware...
