  We have been going to them for many years (they also had another location). It is a neighborhood store. Not a fancy bike shop so some people are put off by that. I have purchased a number of bikes, gave them used kids bikes (which they clean-up and give to someone in Red Hook) and have repairs done. I am a bike expert (former actually). The only issue I have ever had with them is they sometimes open late which delays me....but again it is a local neighborhood shop. The prices are very reasonable. I disagree completely with the person who said it was a bit hady.
