  I have experience with these storage(Safeguard) on the past but on Queens. Here, in 1635 Albany Ave, the customer care has too much to say (even though , that a young lady is the attendee)She is rude and she wants to force to do things( give your social security, these is not a credit space or long time commitment) and add (insurance ) there is not supervisor or manager to whom you can address any problem.
  Be careful before make any reservation and I suggest to go at least 1 day on advance to make sure is what they are offering online.
