  Dear Forward Therapy,
  
  ​I am writing this letter today to express my gratitude for all the care and love that you have provided me. When I came for my first appointment I was scared and unsure that I would ever recover properly from my car accident. You took me in with a warm smile and warm hands and reassured me that I had what it takes to get better and made me believe it was true.
  
  ​Forward therapy is more than a rehab gym. It’s a gym that heals the soul just as much as the body. I instantly bonded with my therapists who gave me great advise and perspective on my progress, and each therapist had something unique to bring to the table. The team made going to therapy fun and exciting as I pushed through the pain.
  
  ​I loved how professional all the staff were, it made me feel safe and in good hands. The gym is clean and the staff were always on time and on schedule, they never overbooked so everyone gets plenty space and time with the therapists.
  
  ​I want to thank everyone who took care of me over the past couple months, my experience could not have been more positive. I rolled myself in (barely) with a walker and walked myself out the door. I know my journey is just beginning but I could not have done it without you guys, you gave me back my life and I will never forget it.
