  Couldn't be more happy and pleased with the service I received for my pet. The staff was amazing, kind, heart warming and helped me greatly with everything and anything I needed. The doctors are very knowledgeable and have a strong passion for what they do and helping animals!! This was the first clinic I've been to that I felt they were there to help and not make money.The facility is great, big, clean, organized! I couldn't ask for a better staff or better service for my beloved dog. RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

  Oceanside animal clinic where do I start... first of all the staff are very friendly except that kid in the front desk Serge he is to fake tries very hard to be nice and he’s really not, the only honest person, sincere and caring there I must say is the manager Alex she was very sincere and great with customer service and treated people and pets with respect. I’ve been going to To this office since 1st day I got my puppy. As far as Dr. Valentina Anurova saw me on Saturday 2/24/18 while I was waiting to get info about my puppy Prince she completely walked in the office pretended she never saw me walked straight in and didn’t have the ovaries to tell me or even speak to me to tell me my puppy had past away it was such an awful experience ITS A SCAM WITH PUPPY PARADISE!!! more like a horrible chain, apparently I found out my puppy had a enlarged heart and since Sunday 2/18/18 Prince started collapsing on me the puppy store and this animal clinic should of known because they see all the puppies and supposubly exams them all at the puppy store??? the only reason I found out was because I took him to One Love Animal Hospital In Bayridge which did all the proper testing. I was very hurt and long story short this was an awful experience for my children and myself it affected us emotionally we loved our Prince since we got him day 1 may he RIP 7/24/17- 2/23/18 feeling destroyed by these people you bring your animals to who you go to when there sick for advice medications etc...this place is a LIE
  awful place never again!!!
