  Hello everyone .. this store used without permission pictures of my works in their advertising .. the advertising is used in newspapers ... from six photos, three photos of my works taken from the site of my store ... I'm in business for 20 years, a famous florist , and people just took it and began to use my name in their own interests ... to my direct question, the owners of this store do not answer ... Why? I do not know and I would like to know ... my name is Anton, and all my data I left in your store ... take the trouble to explain yourself ...

  As I was trying to return this pre-made $45 bouquet, which I was unsatisfied with on the next day of purchase and the day I received it. I faced a terrible customer service. After I said that I would like to change it or refund it and I had receipt, employee at the register told me that there is no refund and they wont contact manager, employee turned away and started helping other customers and ignore me. Other employees at the register told me that they can't help me with the issue. It was the worst customer service experience. Bouquet didn't have good color match which made flowers look terrible in it. If you need a good bouquet or good customer service I don't suggest to come to this flower shop because they don't care about their customer, and it's only about sale.
