  It's just regular T mobile. I like it cause it's cutesy inside and the employees actually have the time to help you if you want it. Example: my wife bought the iPhone x from here and the sales associate was there to help her with all the accessories and getting it financed. And another time I had swapped phones and they helped to see if my black berry was compatible with T-Mobile's network.

  A mistake was made and a 16GB phone was sold in lieu of a 32GB , the phone was returned immediately, unopened, less than 20minutes after it was sold when we noticed it was 16GB. They reimbursed the cost of the phone but charged $50 restocking fee. The phone we wanted didn't exist with 32 GB. When I complained about the restocking charge I was told it is a T-Mobile policy and that I would have to call customer care. I did call customer care and they told me that TMobile does not have a $50 restocking fee policy and that that was a personal charge the store decided to charge, not the company. I have bought 3 phones at this store in the past and had previously been pleased with their customer care but today was a completely different situation. I am disgusted with the way they blamed TMOBILE for the fee that is theirs and their dishonesty when I questioned the fee, they may actually not know the truth themselves, it may be the store is a franchise and the employees have been misinformed but I would recommend you search for a different store to supply your telephones so as to avoid any nasty surprises.
