  Horrible place the most shady and nasty reps I have ever been in contact with they robbed me blind went in for a upgrade they made me pay the tax of the phone and on top of that they said there was a activation fee of 50$ that had to be paid up front and all in cash THEY LIED!! I called att when I got home and they said that they are not allowed to do so they said that att collects that directly and its 45$ I went back to get my money back and they pretty much kicked me out and said they can't refund me and that I don't know what I was talking about the salesmans name was Matthew as well as makin me take a iPad mini on a discount for 70$ cash once again he said only cash thought it was shady but I thought I was getting a iPad for 70$ so I was excited and just did it they did not tell me there was a 10$ a month fee for 24 months and it was after the 14 days that I found that out and got stuck it's just sad that a company as big as att would go as low as to hire such shady and low people.
