  The Church is very beautiful inside as well as outside. It is a large church. There are lots of Byzantine style angels on the ceiling and there is a dome about the altar with a Byzantine style painting of Jesus' face and the symbols for the four Evangelists above, below and to the sides. The altar area is framed with a huge Romanesque archway. Someone should post pictures of the interior.
  
  The church and the castle like old police station next door as well as a walk along Sunset Park to see the skyline are worth a visit.
