  When I rented July 2013 they called themselves Yellow car rental. located at 937 coney island ave.
  WARNINING!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
  A BUNCH OF THIEVES
  Long story short I rented a car for a month after the first day driving it the air conditioner stopped working and the car did not go into reverse. I called them immediately and was told to bring the car in the next day and they will exchange it without a problem. I called the next day and was told they could not exchange anything. I knew something was not right and decided to return the car. After attitude and them ignoring and refusing to tell me the name of a supervisor or the boss, I decided to return the car. What do these A0=-0holes do? they charged me full price for 2 days. I just don't get how they have the audacity to charge me for 2 days when they did not have any cars for exchange and they told me to wait another day. I would have gladly returned it the next morning to only pay for one day. In addition, most normal car rentals and business I have dealt with compensate you when the service or quality is bad. This place knows the system and they have your credit card on file and do what they please.
