  I had a horrific experience as did several other people that I know of. In addition to horrific customer service, it is pot luck (with a very small chance), of getting a nice sheitel. It NEVER looked good, and I was NEVER happy with it for good reason. It is not my nature to give negative reports or talk Lashon Horah. That being said, since my family, some friends that I know, and I lost a tremendous amount of money, and sheitelach are NOT CHEAP, I got a Psak from two very prominent Poskim that I could warn other people, so they do not throw their money in the garbage. I recommend EXTREMELY HIGHLY Tori Wigs as well as Esther's Wigs (Esther Aron). They are both in Brooklyn, NY. They have BEAUTIFUL sheitelach, are VERY HONEST and reputable from beginning to end. They truly "turn cartwheels" to provide excellent and quality sheitelach, to be kind and helpful from start to finish, and if there ever is even the SLIGHTEST little glitch, they will help with the same smile that they graciously gave when they originally sold the sheitel and took your money. They are true mentschen!! Tori's has a monthly guarantee from when the sheitel is bought. If you are not happy with it, and it was cut to YOUR request, they will give you a BRAND NEW WIG in exchange, and style it in a different way. What can I say? "Hamavdil Ben Kodesh Leh Chol!" (Please also note, that what I have posted is merely the tip of the iceberg.) I would not even bother wasting my time e-mailing Shevy about any problems, as I read her typical responses to other complaints. She turned deaf ears to the few people and family, (as well as myself) that I know (in my small little corner of the world, so to speak). If by speaking to her on the phone, and calling her personally, one is treated nastily, how exactly does a "pro forma e-mail" help?! CAVEAT EMPTOR!! (Let the buyer beware)! IN SUMMATION, STAY FAR, FAR AWAY! HATZLACHAH RABBAH ON YOUR SHEITEL EXPERIENCES WITH REPUTABLE AND SCRUPULOUS SELLERS!
