  50 minutes to make a crepe with salmon...
  
  Monsanto can grow a salmon in 50 minutes. And they weren't able to make a crepe in empty place..
  
  However when I decided to leave without even seeing my crepe manager deigned to offer me 30% off for the inconvenience. Which was about $4-5.
  
  I guess people who come to eat at your place make a bit more than 4$ an hour and they value their time... Thank you but no thank you.
  
  Summary: If you want Russian style business. Feel free to come and enjoy.
