  My last experience was very annoying well it's 5:30 and I stop for coffee I asked for small cup of hazelnut coffee cream on the side no sugar. After being asked 5 different questions I finally got my coffee it had milk in it and was too sweet. I asked for another one black because I had cream it's was bitter tasting and I guess I will drop them for another 6 months until I'm desperate for coffeemakers. Sometimes I get a good listener and sometimes I don't.
  I just want coffee to drink on my 2 hour ride to work.
